Students are introduced to two vital ministry skills: communication and care. Andy Stanley’s Communicating for Change will help students develop and deliver clear, powerful sermons and lessons. Paul Tripp’s How People Change is a biblical examination of the heart with a Christ-centered understanding of change. It addresses how the past, present and future grace of Christ meets people in the issues of daily life; how suffering and other situational factors relate to a person's actions and reactions; and the Christian’s identity in Christ amidst it all. Interactive elements and webinars will challenge students to hone their skills in these two areas.
